"Second Chance" came about when I was asked to assist with raising awareness about the rights and privileges that ex-cons have and don't have. There's a lot of misinformation in the streets about voting rights, liberties, and abilities of folk who have paid their debts to society. With so many people of color in prison, everyone needs to be educated about these things and there are some great organizations across this country working to do just that.
